0 = Safety Issue, to be completed before vehicle is run or engine started.
1 = Needs Immediate Attention before vehicle is driven
2 = Needs Attention before a long trip
3 = Will Need Attention in the next few months
4 = Advisory to safeguard operation
5 = Advisory to keep in best condition
* = No Issue
Please note this is a post purchase inspection only and your vehicle will need to be brought and left at my workshop.
